The Country Club Residence is a thoughtfully designed renovation and expansion of an existing home to meet the needs of a growing family. Situated on a coveted corner lot in Coronado, the original structure underutilized both its allowable area and the advantages of Southern California’s ideal climate.

This transformation maximizes space and enhances indoor-outdoor living with a grand front porch, a rear covered porch with folding doors, and expanded living areas. The scope of work included kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry remodel, and additions of a guest room, primary bedroom and bathroom.
