This project involved the renovation and expansion of an existing home to meet the evolving needs of a growing family.

The original house not only underutilized the generous corner lot in Coronado but also failed to capitalize on the exceptional Southern California weather.

The scope of work included a complete remodel of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry area, along with the addition of a guest room, master bedroom, and master bathroom featuring an outdoor shower. To fully embrace the outdoor lifestyle that Coronado is known for, a grand wrap-around front porch and a rear covered porch with folding doors were added, creating new and extended spaces for outdoor living.
